The Department of Business & Management invites applications for one or more positions as Professor in Strategic Organization Design. The positions, located in Odense, are vacant from 15 August 2022, or soon thereafter.
Research in Strategic Organization Design (SOD) is focused on the academic fields of strategy and organization science. The SOD unit develops theory, mathematical models, and experimental studies to generate knowledge about foundational questions in our field. Our mission is to engage in fundamental research, exemplary scholarship, and research-based teaching at the highest international level. The SOD unit offers foundational, applied, and advanced courses at all levels. We focus on strategy and organization, but also reach out to other fields (innovation, HR, marketing).
