Applications are invited for appointment as Tenure-Track Professor/ Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor (several posts) in Strategy/ International Business (IB) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref. 508513), to commence on July 1, 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a three-year fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal, or on tenured terms for exceptionally outstanding candidates.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Strategy, IB, Economics, Management, or other related fields, with the capability to conduct high-quality research and to teach relevant courses. Preferences will be given to those specialised in Strategy/ IB areas, such as corporate strategy, firm boundaries and organisation, with a focus on strategies in emerging economies, digital economy, and innovation. The appointees are expected to publish in top-tier strategy/ IB and economics journals and teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary. Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
