The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications and nominations for an Assistant or Associate Professor faculty position in Real Estate. Job duties include research, teaching, and service to the university and profession. The salary range is $230,000-$245,000 (assistant professor) and $255,000-$280,000 (associate professor).
Candidates must hold, or be near completion, a PhD or equivalent in real estate, finance, economics or a related field; and have demonstrated superior accomplishments consistent with their level of experience and requested rank, including scholarly research, teaching ability, promise of future contributions, and effective interaction with faculty colleagues, students and external constituents.
