The Department of Economics at Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) in Quito (Ecuador) invites applications for Full-Time positions as Assistant Professor in all fields. Special consideration will be given to the following areas:

- Macroeconomics
- Experimental economics
- Applied economics: Microeconomics or macroeconomics
- Development economics
- Open macroeconomics
- Environmental/natural resources
- Political economy

The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses and publish in leading academic journals. The position requires a Ph.D. in Economics (or completion of Ph.D. by August 2022 preferred, but required by January 2023). Fluency in Spanish required.
