We are looking for an exceptional quantitative research scientist who is interested in joining a rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will be a PhD-level researcher with expertise in research design and a wide range of quantitative methods. Predict Health is focused on building analytical tools and solutions designed to improve the healthcare experience of our nation’s seniors.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute research projects in support of product development and client insights.
Convey and communicate insights in clear and actionable ways, through written reports, data visualization, and oral or multimedia presentations.
Collaborate with other members of the Science Team, stakeholders across the business, as well as clients and external partners.
Serve as a subject matter expert on quantitative research methods within the Science Team
Develop robust documentation for all work processes
Manage and help develop data assets
Contribute to the scientific reputation of the company by participating to our ongoing research publication program

Education and Experience
Advanced degree (MA + 3 years of experience or PhD).
3+ years of experience working in a quantitative research setting focused on solving real-world problems (time spent working toward a PhD may count toward this requirement).
Extensive experience working with quantitative research methodologies (e.g. regression, multilevel modeling, cluster analysis, causal inference, etc).
Working on surveys and sampling design.
Relational databases and SQL
Data manipulation and cleaning. Including working with unstructured data.
Experience working in predictive modeling/machine learning preferred. Must have a willingness to learn.
Ability to work with open-source programming languages such as R or Python.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Eager and able to learn new skills and tools as necessary
Expertise applying a wide variety of quantitative research methods (e.g. regression - OLS and GLM, multilevel and longitudinal analysis, cluster analysis, NLP, data visualization)
Ability to design and carry out research projects from beginning to end.
Ability to communicate research insights and complex technical information clearly and compellingly to non-technical and non-scientific audiences.
