Cornell University Center for Transportation, Environment, and Community Health (CTECH) invites applications for a post-doc position in Transportation& Environment Economics, Emissions Trading, and Mechanism/Market Design for Clean Transportation Technology, Policy, and Sustainability Business. The successful candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary team on clean technology market, transportation investment and asset management optimization, mechanism/market design for emissions trading, and policy. Research areas/activities include market-based approach to decarbonizing transportation, revenue and finance, and green transportation systems rating/ranking, modeling and mechanism design of emissions trading markets and alternative financing options in clean technology markets. CTECH is a cross-disciplinary research team that takes innovative systems informatics-analytics approaches to solving transportation and its associated environment/health/economics and management problems. The position would start as soon as a successful candidate can be hired and will be for 1 year but can be extended up to 4 years depending on performance and funding.
