The Department of Information systems, Decision Sciences and Statistics at ESSEC Business School invites applications for a permanent full-time faculty position at its greater Paris campus.
Please submit your application by December 15, 2022 to receive full consideration. The search for candidates opens with this announcement and continues until the position is filled -- we may accept applications posterior to the deadline.
We are looking for candidates whose research relates to econometrics, statistics or related fields and can be published in top journals in econometrics and statistics. The selected candidate will have a strong international research focus and their main objective will be the production of impactful and high-quality academic publications to help consolidate and develop the reputation and expertise of ESSEC.
Rank of appointment is open, with a preference for junior candidates including PhD students expected to graduate before September 2023, but we will consider candidates at all seniority levels. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and are competitive at the international level.
To be considered, candidates should hold a Ph.D. in econometrics, statistics, applied probability or related fields and should show evidence of excellence in research and, for senior candidates, in teaching.
