The Department of Economics at the University of Central Oklahoma invites applications for one tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level to begin Fall 2023.

We welcome teacher-scholar candidates in any area of economics. In particular, the department seeks candidates with the willingness and expertise to teach courses that support our International Business major and/or are able to expand our offerings of elective courses for the Economics major, and/or support our graduate level programs (MBA, MSBA Data Analytics). For example, candidates with an interest or specialization in development economics, empirical macroeconomics, health economics, labor economics, or applied econometrics are encouraged to apply. Candidates should mention in their cover letter how their interests and experience link to these teaching needs.
