The Department of Economics at Wabash College invites applications for two Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics positions to begin July 1, 2023. The initial appointment is for one year, with renewal for an additional year possible based on the needs and circumstances of the College and the department.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in economics completed by August 2023. We will consider applicants in all fields of economics. Applicants should demonstrate excellence in undergraduate teaching, an appreciation for the broad intellectual community of an excellent liberal arts college, and the ability to work with a diverse student body. Course load is 3-3 with small class sizes. The college offers generous benefits that include institutional support for attending professional meetings and other professional development.
