About the opportunity
The University of Sydney has an exciting new research initiative named the ARC Centre of Excellence for Children and Families over the Life Course (Life Course Centre) which will identify the pathways through which social and economic disadvantage are perpetuated over the life course, within communities, and across generations. The Life Course Centre is comprised of an inter-disciplinary team of renowned social scientists based at four Australian Universities, NGOs, government departments and eminent international research affiliates.
We are seeking applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Behavioural and Experimental Economics to work on research projects with Prof. Agnieszka Tymula. The position will be based in the School of Economics supporting a research program on the cognitive science of disadvantage which encompasses a broad range of issues in neuroeconomics, behavioural economics and cognitive psychology including mental health, youths, and risky behaviour.
