A1 General Economics
The Department of Economics invites applications for visiting positions beginning September 2023. All field specializations will be considered. The number of courses taught (up to a maximum of two or three per semester) as well as the duration and other terms of the visiting appointment are open to negotiation. The applicant must have a Ph.D. in economics or a related field in hand by the time of appointment to be hired as a Visiting Professor; a successful candidate may be hired as a Visiting Instructor if the candidate does not have a Ph.D. in hand at the time of appointment but will complete the Ph.D. in economics or related field within one year of hire.
