The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, Massachusetts seeks applicants for a junior tenure-track faculty position beginning July 1, 2024, or as soon thereafter as possible. Applicants should hold a PhD in Economics or a closely related field by start date of employment and have strong recommendations from graduate school faculty and established potential in research and teaching in environmental economics. Responsibilities include teaching 1 subject in environmental economics or related topics per term the first year and 1.25 subjects per term thereafter, departmental committee work, and productivity in research. Applications must be received by Monday, November 13, 2023.
