The University of Rochester's Simon Business School is seeking candidates for a tenure-track position in Economics & Management effective July 1, 2024. Economics & Management is a group composed of economists whose research focus areas include industrial organization, organizational economics, healthcare, labor economics, strategy, and entrepreneurship. For this position we seek in particular candidates whose research is empirical and related to healthcare or the group’s other focus areas.
Opportunity Highlights:
• The Simon Business School is one of the nation’s top business schools, with full-time M.B.A., M.S., Undergraduate, and Ph.D. programs, a part-time M.B.A. program, and Executive M.B.A. programs in Rochester and Switzerland.

Responsibilities
• Conducting research in Economics and related areas intended for publication in top, peer-reviewed journals.
• Teaching courses in economics and management and related areas.
• Contributing to the intellectual research community including advising PhD students.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidates at all levels are invited to apply.
• Ph.D. in Economics or a related field by the time of appointment.
• High research potential or achievement.
• Interest in teaching M.B.A., M.S., Undergraduate and Ph.D. courses in Economics & Management or other areas of the Simon School curriculum
