The Department of Economics at the University of Saskatchewan invites applications for a full-time, 18-month Lecturer position in applied microeconomics and/or applied econometrics. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate (and possibly graduate) courses in various fields of applied microeconomics or applied econometrics including microeconomics, quantitative methods, econometrics, labor economics, urban economics, and economics of public finance and taxation; and will undertake relevant administrative activities.

The successful candidate will have a PhD (or be near completion) in Economics or related disciplines. We are seeking candidates with research expertise in applied microeconomics and/or applied econometrics, and teaching experience at the undergraduate level, as evidenced by a teaching dossier. The ability or potential to teach graduate courses and engage in graduate student supervision would be an asset.
