The Department of Information Systems, Decision Sciences and Statistics at ESSEC Business School invites applications for a permanent full-time tenure-track faculty position in Econometrics/Statistics at its Cergy-Pontoise (greater Paris) campus, starting September 2024.
We are looking for candidates whose research relates to econometrics or statistics, with strong interactions with machine learning, and can be published in top journals in these fields.
The Chair will have a strong international research focus, making the Chair-holder benefit from a reduced teaching load (namely, 50 hours/year), an internationally competitive salary & benefits package, and a significant research budget. The main objective is the production of impactful and high-quality academic publications, both fundamental and applied to management sciences, to help consolidate and develop the reputation and expertise of the existing research team at ESSEC.
