Department of Economics invites applications for faculty positions at assistant professor rank, beginning August 2024. Applicant must have PhD in Economics by start of the appointment. Department is recruiting in fields: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, International Economics, Industrial Organization, Labor Economics, and Public Economics. Applicants should have research under way which will likely result in one or more publications in top tier journals; possess potential to make a lasting impact on their field of specialization and should have presentation skills that suggest future excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Successful applicants will teach graduates and undergraduates, mentor students, conduct scholarly research, and provide service to department, college, university, and academic community nationally or internationally.
