The Department of Economics at James Madison University invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor level beginning Fall 2024. The typical teaching load is 3-3 with two preparations a semester and may include introductory economics. Ability to teach macroeconomics and econometrics is desirable. Candidates should have a PhD completed by the start date. Applicants must have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and a productive agenda for scholarly research.
