Open Rank (Tenured/Advanced Tenure Track) Faculty Position in Aging and Health

The O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington invites applications for an open rank (tenured/advanced tenure-track) faculty position with a research focus related to economic, demographic, social, and public policy implications of aging and health, including related topics such as work, retirement, and social security, housing and long-term care, disability and chronic illness, and formal and informal care. Applicants should have an established record that includes not only publications, but also evidence of substantial extramural funding. The search is part of the university’s Faculty 100 initiative, which seeks to expand on existing research strengths at IU to help foster research teams that would compete successfully for large-scale federal research programs.

Candidates must have a doctoral degree in economics, public policy, public health, sociology, or a related field.
