The Department of Administration and Business and the UCU Business School are looking for job market candidates who are in the process of obtaining a PhD or have completed
a PhD in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Taxation, Operations, Human
Resources or related fields. Candidates must be in the process of completing their PhD (if applying
for Assistant position) or have completed it before February 2019 (if applying for Associate position).
Candidates must demonstrate an active research agenda and a proven ability to publish in English.
Candidates with active research agendas and quality publications in areas such as Behavioral
Economics, Finance, Human Resources and Management will be particularly valued. Experience in teaching the case method and producing cases is a plus.
Interested candidates must be available to take up their position in August 2024. Applications must be submitted by December 15, 2023. A complete application must include (1) a cover letter, (2) a CV, (3) an example of an undergraduate course program that the candidate would be able to teach, (4) up to 2 examples of their own academic research work, (5) teaching evaluations, and (6) three letters of recommendation.
