University of Pittsburgh, Dept. of Economics is searching for two faculty appointments effective Sept. 2024, pending budgetary approval. The appointments are outside of the tenure stream and consist of three-year contracts with the expectation of renewal if performance reviews are strong. Qualified candidates will have experience teaching economics at the college/university level. Salary, scholarly assistance, and benefits are competitive.
Teaching Assistant Professors
All fields
Teaching or research experience in Environmental Economics, Economic Data Analysis, Introductory Micro or Macro, Economics of Diversity, Money and banking, Public Economics, Sports Economics, or Labor Economics is preferred. PhD in economics required.
