Diversity Specialist or Senior Specialist

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is the largest source of financing for development in Latin America and the Caribbean. The Bank’s Gender and Diversity Division (GDI) is looking for a dynamic and innovative expert on issues of race and ethnicity who can lead an analytical and operational agenda on policies and programs aimed at reducing bias and discrimination in.

We are looking for a Ph.D. in applied economics, public policy, or related field with at least 6 years of relevant development policy experience, publications on issues of race and ethnicity and strong technical knowledge of policies that have been proven effective at closing racial and ethnic gaps and reducing discrimination. Experience working with governments; excellent writing and oral communication skills and management experience are also important.
