Candidates should have a Ph.D. in economics completed by August 2024. We will consider applicants in all fields of economics with slight preference for those in Health Economics or Finance. Applicants should demonstrate excellence in undergraduate teaching, an appreciation for the broad intellectual community of an excellent liberal arts college, and the ability to work with a diverse student body. Course load is 3-3. In addition to competitive benefits, and professional travel support, initial appointment to a Byron K. Trippet professorship provides additional research support during the candidate's first years at the College.
