Join us in Wellington or Auckland for an opportunity to shape New Zealand's economic landscape. As an Adviser, you’ll use your economic research, modelling, or policy analysis skills to offer strategic insights to our Monetary Policy Committee.

We are looking for experienced economists who have a deep understanding of monetary policy and small open economies. You will have the ability to identify the key questions that matter to a central bank, and experience managing policy or research projects and coaching and mentoring more junior staff.

We have opportunities across four teams: Modelling, Forecasting, Policy Analysis, and Central Banking Analytics and Research.
