The Department of Business and Economics at Saint Mary’s College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Economics beginning in Fall 2024. We will also consider candidates with extensive experience in higher education at the associate level.

The primary responsibility of this position is to teach courses within Saint Mary’s undergraduate program and welcome candidates interested in teaching Principles of Macroeconomics, Intermediate Macroeconomics, International Trade and Finance, and Advanced Topics courses such as Empirical Methods of Macroeconomics and Economic Development.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Economics in the field of Macroeconomics. ABDs are considered.
