Full Text of JOE Listing:
The position will be on a 12-month renewable appointment in a tenure track position reporting to the Dean of the CBGA. The successful candidate will teach two courses per semester and conduct application-oriented research.
Qualifications:
Terminal degree in economics, entrepreneurship, or related business fields meeting AACSB and SACS qualification standards, and a demonstrated ability to form successful partnerships with businesses, government organizations, and educational institutions. The candidate must be a free enterprise-oriented educator with a vision as to how to utilize this position in specific ways to address the broad responsibilities within the goal of promoting free enterprise. The successful candidate must qualify for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor (candidates for the rank of full professor can be considered). A candidate with entrepreneurial spirit, a record of success in program development, progressive work experience in academic and non-academic settings is desired.
