Title: Assistant Professor of Economics 9-month Tenure Track

Ph. D. in economics or a closely related discipline. Candidates must have the degree in hand by the date of hire. Special consideration will be given to candidates whose research focuses on policies related to energy (JEL Q4) or environmental (JEL Q5) issues. A secondary field in industrial organization (L0) is also preferred. Applicants must be able to demonstrate evidence of successful teaching potential and research productivity in economics. The candidate is expected to publish peer-reviewed articles in related fields, teach courses and advise students at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and provide institutional services. The position may include participation in distance education. Applicants who become finalists may be asked to provide additional materials.
