Kadir Has University Economics Department Job Opening

The Economics Department of the Kadir Has University invites applications for two full-time, open-rank, tenure-line positions in all fields with priority given to microeconomics, econometrics, or international economics, beginning September 1, 2024. Appointments at all ranks are possible.

The successful candidate will be expected to pursue high-quality scholarship, teach courses related to the candidate’s research field, contribute to introductory and/or core courses in economic theory, supervise graduate students, and contribute to the overall academic environment of the economics department and the University. The department values a pluralistic approach to economics and the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the pluralistic nature of the department. Qualifications include a Ph.D. in economics or a related field and a record that demonstrates the promise of high-quality research and teaching.
