The Department of Economics at Pacific Lutheran University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor. We seek an enthusiastic instructor with a demonstrated interest in teaching a variety of microeconomics courses at the lower- and upper-division undergraduate level. While the primary responsibility of faculty is teaching, faculty are also expected to be productive scholars and university citizens. The position is a full-time, tenure-track assistant professor position available September 1, 2024. Academic year is September to May. Ph.D. in Economics is required. ABD will be considered, but Ph.D. must be in hand by September 1, 2024.
