The Department of Economics at the University of Chile is seeking a postdoctoral fellow. Applicants must hold a PhD in Economics or a closely related field by the beginning of the appointment and should demonstrate a potential for research as well as an aptitude for effective teaching. To apply, please submit your cover letter, curriculum vitae, one research paper, job market paper, and three recommendation letters. Knowledge of Spanish language is not required. The position is full time for one year.

We encourage early submissions, as we will begin interviews on a first-come, first-served basis. We will be conducting online interviews with selected candidates until April-May 2024.
