Full Text of JOE Listing:

Lehigh University’s Department of Economics seeks to fill one visiting faculty position beginning August 2024. This is a one-year visiting position that ends in May 2025. Candidates must be able to teach courses in basic statistics and intermediate microeconomics. The ability to teach an upper-level undergraduate course in public economics would be considered a plus, though not a requirement for the position. The selected candidate is expected to teach four to eight courses over the academic year. Salary will depend upon the candidate’s academic research record, especially as evidenced by the ability to engage in joint research with colleagues, and teaching responsibilities.

Lehigh University is among the nation’s most selective, highly ranked, private research universities. The Economics Department faculty consists of 20 members whose combined research interests span most of the fields in the discipline, with a particularly strong core in the field of health economics. https://business.lehigh.edu/departments/economics/faculty
