Post-Doctoral Associate – Global Talent Lab
The Global Talent Lab (GTL) is seeking a Post-Doctoral Associate in Economics. This one-year position (with potential for renewal) offers the opportunity for research on talent, innovation, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with GTL's founders on research using observational and experimental methods to identify and nurture talent.
2. Pursue independent research projects that advance our understanding of innovation and talent dynamics.
3. Support outreach efforts to disseminate research and influence the global conversation on talent.
