Dalian University of Technology (DUT), founded in 1949, is one of the "Four Engineering Universities" of new China. It is a national key university directly administrated by the Ministry of Education of China and sponsored by Project 211 and Project 985. In September 2017, DUT was selected into the university of the “Double First-Class” Initiative, A category.

School of Economics and Management (SEM) is the seventh institute in China’s mainland that obtained AACSB、EQUIS、AMBA accreditations. SEM has a high-quality faculty team led by the Academician, Distinguished Professors of the Ministry of Education, National Leading Talent of Philosophy and Social Sciences, recipients of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation.

Position Requirements：

Professor：
Having achieved academic and technological achievements approved by peer experts in relevant research fields. Possessing a broad academic perspective and innovative thinking. There is a potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in related fields.
Associate Professor:
Outstanding young academic and technological talents who have obtained certain influential research achievements in relevant academic fields, with enormous innovation and strong development potential.

Assistant Professor:
Doctoral degree holders from well-known universities both domestically and internationally, with excellent academic training. Having achieved influential and representative academic outputs, with a clear plan for future scientific research.
