Program Sessional in Economics (Teaching Position)

Summary:
The Department of Economics at Huron University invites applications for a full-time, three-year Program Sessional to teach courses in Economics. Candidates with interests and expertise in all fields will be considered, but preference will be given to candidates with interests in Financial Economics. The successful candidate will be expected to teach 3.0 full courses per year. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2024. The successful applicant would be eligible for extended health and dental benefits, pension, and the ability to engage in departmental and university service, commensurate to the position. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
•PhD in Economics, teaching interests in Financial Economics preferred. Candidates with a PhD close to completion will be considered.
