The Department of Economics at National Taiwan University invites applications for up to two full-time faculty positions at the assistant professor level (or above). Field of specialization is open, but priority will be given to microeconomic theory, and theoretical and applied econometrics. In particular, candidates who work on machine learning and artificial intelligence are encouraged to apply. Candidates must demonstrate strong potential and interest in research and teaching, and should obtain their Ph.D. degrees before July, 2025. Language requirement: English or Mandarin.
All interviews will be conducted virtually. Applications must arrive by November 28, 2024 to ensure full consideration. Positions are open until filled.
