SEM offers a variety of full-time positions at professors and positions of tenure track such as Zijiang Outstanding Young Scholar, Zijiang Young Scholar, Associate Professor on the tenure track, Assistant Professor. The following fields are preferred:International finance, Smart finance, Digital economy, Marketing, Strategy and innovation and entrepreneurship, Big data and business analysis, Digital cultural tourism, as well as emerging and cross-disciplinary directions related to economic and management.

Professor:
The applicant has achieved a number of high-level original research results in the discipline and has a high academic influence; Be capable of teaching core courses and cutting-edge courses of the subject.

Zijiang Outstanding Young Scholar:
The applicant should have obtained a doctoral degree or engaged in post-doctoral research, and should be an associate professor or above in principle.
The applicant is capable of teaching core undergraduate courses; Have made outstanding academic achievements in scientific research, and have the ability to help the discipline catch up or maintain the international advanced level. In principle, it should have been selected into the national youth talent project or reached the same level, and the work goal is to be selected into the national high-level talent project or reached the same level through training.

Zijiang Young Scholar:
The applicant should have obtained a doctoral degree or engaged in post-doctoral research.
The applicant is capable of teaching core undergraduate courses; Have achieved peer recognized research results with outstanding development potential. The work goal is to be selected into the national youth talent project or to reach the same level, or to be promoted to professor position in our school.

Associate Professor on the tenure track:
The applicant has obtained a doctoral degree, has an excellent basis of scientific research, has achieved certain academic achievements, has good development potential and innovative thinking.

Assistant Professor:
The applicant has obtained a doctoral degree or is about to pass the doctoral dissertation defense.
The applicant has a good paper publication record, excellent scientific research ability, and rich practical experience.
