Full Text of JOE Listing:
The Department of Economics at Sogang University in Seoul, South Korea, invites applications for two full-time, tenure-track positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. We are seeking strong candidates in: (i) any field of economics; and/or (ii) interdisciplinary research areas such as integrated assessment modeling, climate finance, climate impact estimation, optimal climate policy, green energy transition, and ESG strategies.
Preference will be given to candidates with high-quality peer-reviewed journal publications. Applicants must possess or be firmly expected to receive a Ph.D. in economics by August 2025. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Sogang University also offers a start-up research fund to successful applicants.
