The Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of assistant professor or at the rank of associate professor, beginning Fall 2025. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: a Ph.D. in Economics and a demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: Economic Development and Public Economics. Candidates should be able to teach upper-division undergraduate courses in economic development and/or public finance, as well as other courses depending on departmental needs, such as an undergraduate course in econometrics. We expect candidates to demonstrate evidence of quality teaching and the potential for excellent research.
