Senior Program Officer – Inclusive Financial Systems

The Inclusive Financial Systems (IFS) team drives sustainable digital financial inclusion in low- and middle-income countries by supporting pro-poor policies, regulatory frameworks, and market innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and synthesize research to inform IFS strategies.
• Develop and manage grants and partnerships focused on financial inclusion in South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Provide technical advice and support to policymakers, regulators, and commercial partners.
• Represent the foundation through external engagements and thought leadership.
• Produce data-driven analyses, briefings, and reports to guide investments and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in economics, public policy, or related field.
• Expertise in data analysis, financial inclusion, and development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Salary range: $166,300–$249,500 USD, with location-based adjustments. Legal work authorization required.
