Pablo Troncoso is a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at the University of Georgia. He sat down for an interview at the 2023 AEA poster session to talk about Chile's 2008 pension reform. He found that male workers increased their labor force participation and hours worked, contrary to standard economic theory.
