The School of Economics and Business at the Universidad Javeriana actively seeks motivated candidates, primarily for at least one assistant professor academic position. Open to applicants in any field of economics and finance, successful candidates should have completed all Ph.D. requirements by mid-July 2024.

The Pontificia Universidad Javeriana has been consistently ranked as one of the best in Colombia by Times Higher Education. The School of Economics and Business has three departments: Economics, Business, and Accounting. We provide incentives for publication, research funds, and the possibility to hire junior research assistants. Accepted candidates usually teach one core undergraduate course and one graduate course in their field per semester. Classes are offered in both Spanish and English; we encourage non-Spanish speakers to apply.
